Self-pay options are available for all services. Fees are discussed transparently prior to scheduling, and a Good Faith Estimate is provided as required.

Self-pay fees are as follows:

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $250

Medication Management Follow-Up: $125

Payment is due at the time of service.

Access to mental health care matters. A limited number of sliding scale appointments are reserved to help reduce financial barriers for individuals who may not be able to afford standard self-pay rates.

Sliding scale fees are based on income and current availability, and are offered as part of an effort to provide care that is both accessible and sustainable. Sliding scale care is one way this practice aims to balance access, fairness, and long-term sustainability.

Sliding scale options are discussed during the free intro call to determine whether this option is available and appropriate at the time of scheduling.

Patients paying out of pocket are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services, in accordance with federal regulations. This estimate is provided prior to scheduling and does not obligate you to proceed with care.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less notice or missed without notice may be subject to a fee.
